Canary Islands Spa Garden at RHS Chelsea Flower Show 2009
Commissioned by the Canary Islands Tourist Board, this garden is designed as a thermal spa set within the collapsed crater of an extinct island volcano.
Combining local black volcanic rock and a palette of native island planting, including many rare and endangered species, the garden won a covetted RHS Silver medal.
